One of the most challenging aspects of our role was managing the tight turnaround during busy match days. On days with three back-to-back matches, our staff faced the demanding task of clearing the venue swiftly and preparing it for the next audience. This required exceptional communication skills, patience, and assertiveness, ensuring smooth transitions without compromising on safety or guest experience.
Despite the challenges, our team’s meticulous planning and proactive approach ensured the venue operated like clockwork, maintaining the Crucible's reputation as a world-class venue.
